management of plastic polymers unit. The unit consists in 4 production departments. The area has a potential of 575 tons/d of polymer production. The whole area employs about 80 people in the daily operations. The activity is to oversee the process variables, control of the products’ quality, the management of maintenance activities and scheduled shutdown. Relevant are all aspects about safety, enviroiment and process safety, primary company’s target.

• front end engineering for new plants. I’ve collaborated with the R&D site department to prepare documents for a new EPS production line.
• Activities of commissioning and start-up. I was part of the start-up group for a new EPS production line;
• Initiatives for improving and optimizing existing plants. I’ve prepared numerous designs for new installation and plant their optimization.
• Writing technical specifications for purchasing equipments, strumentations;
• Drafting technical reports to analyze plant issues
• Participation in HAZOP analysis teams;
• Participation in RCA teams;
• Drafting technical reports due to legal compliance requirements;

During this period in injection molding plant, I worked like assistant of maintenance manager. My activity focused on:

• Programming maintenance for molds according to production scheduling;
• Coordinate the molds’ maintenance department to optimize time and operating methods;
• Management of spare parts;
• Interfacing technical department with external suppliers;
