• Rotable management; Repair administration of aircraft components
• Observe and track warranty terms, maintain database and claim for Component repair Warranty.

• Track and claim for SB, Maintenance and Aircraft Warranty.
• Prepare man-power and material cost details for insurance claims.
• Repair Management of rotables under warranty – Generating orders, coordinating with ware house and repair station for timely dispatch and delivery.
• Engineering Cost Analysis and Budgeting - Analyze monthly Engineering Expenses with respect to the Approved Budget.
• Provide Engineering inputs and assist in annual Budget preparation.
• Rotables/material planning for induction of new aircraft into the fleet.
• New international stations setup: Assisted in negotiation, agreement preparation and associated activities for outsourcing line maintenance at new international stations.
• Coordinate with outsourced line maintenance vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Scrutiny of technical handling invoices and recommend for approval.
• C Check : Performing planning and material functions as on-site team member for C Check at outsourced MRO.
• Monitor loan in & out transactions of spares and coordinate with finance for invoicing/ payment.

• Prepare Monthly Maintenance Cost Analysis; Comparison against Approved Budget.
• Preparation of Line Maintenance Budgeting, Pre-Budget analysis.
• Assisted in project to improve Cost Effectiveness of Maintenance Checks planning with Boeing.
• As a part of APU Runtime Reduction program, periodically review and analyze the APU Fuel Consumption.
• Scrutiny of outsourced technical handling invoices and recommend for approval.
• Compile and analyze monthly third party technical support revenue.
• Conducting a monthly sensitivity analysis on the revenue earned from third party Engineering handling.
• Assisted in Agreement preparation and negotiation with Line Maintenance Vendors and Customer Airlines.

• Scrutiny and updating tech log data, Inspection and recording of Engineering Call outs performed.
