IT Application Owner (ITAO) is the custodian of the application and is responsible to manage the lifecycle of the
application. He is accountable for the applications Audits, Compliance, Risks, Governance, TRC, DR, and Access
Management.
As an IT Application owner, key roles & responsibilities were and not limited to:
To manage and maintain their instances ensuring compliance with application IT policies and procedures
To review, analyze the impact of all the changes to their instances(applications), to ensure compliance
To work in collaboration with Production team, SMEs and expert level production level services
Managing the Operational Readiness review (ORR) process under the Cyber Security Division .
Work as part of multi-disciplinary teams
Interfaces with team members, business stakeholders, and vendors.
Recommend improvements in processes, organizations, and technologies revolving around the compliance and
regulatory requirements.
Proactively engaged in the AGILE practices and have proven experiences of working in the waterfall model.
Preparing project plans and RAID registers in order to keep the whole process smooth and compliant as per
the Banking standards.
Support the development, transition and managed the SDLC model with the proper planning and
implementation model.

Designed and developed 10+ applications utilizing Angular framework, React.js & Node.js.
Developed full-stack web applications which processed, analyzed, and rendered data visually.
Remained up to date with the industry standards technologies and mentored a team of 7+ junior developers.
Wrote structured, tested, readable and maintainable code
Helped evolve frontend and backend stack. Ensured the performance, quality and responsiveness of 6+
applications.
Identified and corrected 10+ bottlenecks and 100+ bugfixes.

Verifone)

Engage in requirement specification process for new software functionality. Ensure design and security
consistency with client's development standards and guidelines. Handling the complete delivery of the
application from the requirement phase till deployment in the waterfall/agile model.

payment gateway integration SDK.
