- Manage all aspects of main supplies’ follow-up (turbines, boilers, compressors, packages)
- Coordinate activities of engineering centers (China, India, Europe, USA)
- Negotiate change order and liquidate damages with 7% cost saving of the overall amount
- Lead meetings with clients and suppliers, attend design reviews and inspections worldwide
- Communicate to Top Management

- Lead 5 mech. engineers (Italy/India) for 2 plants in KSA (500 Mn$) and Nigeria (650 Mn$)
- Evaluate technical proposals and design review of vendors’ drawings
- Lead meetings with clients and suppliers, attend design reviews and inspections worldwide
- Communicate to Project and Engineering Managers
- Prepare company standards of technical specifications for rotating equipment and packages

- Manage technical supplies of main packages for capital projects (Qatar, 4bn$; Pakistan, 600Mn$)
- Attend meetings with clients and suppliers, attend design reviews and inspections worldwide
- Part of proposal teams for capital projects (LNG, FLNG, Ammonia-Urea (1 bn$+))

- Construction stage of Calenia Energia Power Plant, Train 1 and Train 2, 800 MW (360 m$)
- Dismantle and construction stage of Tirreno Power Power Plant, Train 1, 400 MW (180 m$)
