- Responsible for Vehicle Scheduling team in Itatiaia plant;

- Process and KPI`s definition for the new plant including SAP work instructions. After one year of plant production, all delivery KPI`s are green;

- Cost reduction project management with a potential saving of 26 million reais per year. 5 million reais already achieved in 5 months;

- SAP APO development as business key user;

- Lean manufacturing tools application for cost saving projects.

- Responsible for Production Planning (master plan and material requirements) team, inbound material and internal logistics area;

- Budget control about 13 million BRL per year;

- Inventory management (raw materials, semi-finished and finished products);

- Usage of MRP tool for material requirements, forecasting and stock level optimization;

- Leading a team with 8 engineers;

- Report to Supply Chain Board;

- S&OP experience working with cross-functional teams.

- Definition of production scheduling (MPS) for tire plant with a strategic forecast for 18 months;

- Attendance to S&OP meetings (Sales and Operations Planning), where the team has as target the alignment and agreement among all involved departments;

- Daily production management for fast reactions in case of problems (Shop Floor Planning). Coordinating corrective actions plan;

- Project development to increase production capability working with layout and targets definition;

- Management of production efficiency;

- Manpower definition;

- Process analysis for production costs reduction and efficiency increasing;

- Application of Lean Manufacturing tools like 5S, Kanban, kaizen and value stream mapping.
