PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND SAFETY

Complete projects within assigned budget
• Read and interpret electronic schematics and architectural blueprints.
• Obtain quotes from qualified subcontractors as necessary.
• Facilitate internal project kick-off meetings that include key participants from sales, engineering, fabrication, installation and programming.
• Create and manage the project schedule and coordinate appropriate resources for all assigned projects.
• Point of contact for all internal and external project communication and documentation for the life of the project.
• Provide weekly job progress reports to all internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure clients receive appropriate training on all installed systems
• Create and maintain all project related documentation in accordance with company guidelines.
• Address all project team questions in a timely manner.

• Execution and supervision of project activity estimation, follow-ups, Sales, manpower handling, installation, commissioning, handing over etc.
• Review shop drawings for implementation on site.
• Coordinate with subcontractors on major activities of work from containment installation, cable pulling activities of the following system – CCTV/Security/Fibre Optics.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports regarding with status of projects. Reports include manpower allocation report, and a progress report.
• Report directly to project managers regarding status of the project through weekly meetings.
• Implement project safety programs.
• Developed long term relationship with the client through managing and understanding their requirements.
• Produced a detailed technical drawing of structural designs according with to specification for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Reporting discrepancies and problems directly to project manager.

Installation, Testing and Commissioning of CCTV Systems, Access Control, PA system, Structured Cabling, PBXS System, Fire Alarm Systems, Burglar Alarm Systems.
• Reporting to the Technical Manager about the Status Periodically.
• Knowledge the Client about the functions and operation of the Entire Systems

Undergone Training from Pelco and Centry360 conducted at BaH in their IP CCTV System Products & Solutions.
• Undergone Training from Morse Watchman/UK -Key watcher System conducted at Bahrain for Bahrain Petroleum company Project.
• Undergone Training from Haute Spot-Wireless Network Systems for our ALBA Project.
• Undergone Training from Milestone –Video Management Software conducted at Dubai.
