Ingenieur/in - Systems Engineering

• Leads System Integration, qualification, configuration, testing & commissioning and operation support activities during lifecycle of the project. • Supports technical and operational requirements in design reviews, development and maintenance services of systems. • Build & maintain the systems integration technical centers for production and testing platforms. • Develop and conduct Systems configuration management, test & acceptance (FAT & SAT) strategies, plans and procedures based upon complex system requirements. • Providing engineering oversight to the system integration. • Collate and present test evidence captured during test activities to enable design sell off or customer acceptance. • Prepare & escalate systems testing status & issues reports to various counterparts of the project team. • Investigate, analyze, resolve and formalize with troubleshooting reports any defects found in the system platform. • Liaise with and support project & engineering teams to conduct investigations and create resolutions on outstanding issues prior to delivery. • Leads by example in driving the culture of customer focusing. • Responsible for the technical review of the plans and reports, issued by the consultant and the system engineering team. • Develop IVVQ strategies, work plans and estimates as they relate to the systems integration work tasks and team members and participate as a member of an integrated team. • Evaluate new hardware/software as required to include engineering evaluations, testing and an appropriate level of documentation. Support in technical assessment for vendor and product selection. • Contribute to formalizing technical feedback to improve the products. • Interact with the technical counterpart of various external/internal providers to perform system integration at software and hardware levels. • Work closely with the development teams to resolve critical defects and ensure coherency amongst the teams. • Support compliancy analysis.

• Project Management: Reviewing the Scope of Work / S.L.A & advising strategies accordingly for implementing successful Execution, Installations, operations and maintenance. • Interface management with various parties, engineering offices and customer such as Design, Consortium Partner, and Contractors, expediting engineering deliverables and resolving installation & operation issues. Keep records of technical submittals, clarifications and comments closure. Progress update to Management • Reports any opportunities for further business to Projects & Services and Sales Management. • Resource Management: Managing & organizing teams to make sure 24-hour cover is available. Managing Configuration & Installation document of integrated solution. • Acts as a 1st POC / primary technical expert and manage all technical queries with customer and different suppliers, either directly or by leading and supervising the responsible subsystem engineer’s team. • Leads System Up gradation and Expansions of different IDAS / I.S.S Security systems projects and responsible for system Designing, Engineering, Integration, Verification, Validation, FAT & SAT and technical support. • Planning and scheduling preventive and corrective job tasks. • Preparing maintenance strategies to help with installation and commissioning guidelines. • Preparing technical reports about the systems statistics & performance.

• Resource Management & organizing teams to make sure 24-hour cover is available. • Managing & assessing required tools, skills required for efficient maintenance of equipment and maintenance personnel. • Responsible for the 24 / 7 operation of Access, Alarm, C.C.T.V & Communication (ISS / IDAS) Systems. • Systems engineering: design, procurement Installation & Configuration of complex integrated security system & equipment. • Testing & Commissioning, FAT, SAT. • Designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods. • Planning and scheduling preventive and corrective job tasks. • Troubleshooting systems breakdown, fault diagnosis and rectification. • Conducting site surveys, Preparing BOQ’s / BOM in order to support Bids Department for new project & requirements
