• Ensuring and monitoring the implementation of H S E policy and Plan.
• Ensuring compliance with respect to Health, Safety & Environmental aspects as per the company H S E manual and statutory regulation.
• Interacting and coordinating with clients and other agencies in connection with H S E.
• Advice the line management on all H S E activities and operate H S E management systems.
• Ensure and monitor that all personnel understand their H S E responsibilities.
• Conducting and organizing H S E training program.
• Conducting internal Safety audit, safety meeting, mock drills, and emergency evacuation drills etc. and coordinating third party audits.
• Organizing H S E promotional activities.
• Accident investigation, reporting and recording.
• Inspect the workplace to identify hazards (or potential hazards) and report the findings with recommendations for corrective/preventative actions to the site management, periodical inspection of safety and fire equipments. Preparing and updating company safety manual, H S E plan, job safety plan, job safety analysis, site safety rules, safety booklets and emergency action plan etc.
• Ensuring the availability and quality of PPEs and safety equipments.
• Guiding, advising latest H S E norms and regulations to the management.

• Understanding specifications, component selection, schematics, layout, and board bring-up.
• Testing and troubleshooting of analog and digital based PCB’s
• Performing functional checks of modules such as power supply, man machine interface, communication and control modules.
