• Created and implemented a strategy to acquire three agri-businesses in Argentina, Uruguay, and Paraguay by an international company, including carrying-on the legal due diligence review and the financial structuring.
• Advised and prepared the documentation required by an international company to pre-qualify and participate in the Mexican “Round Zero” bid process, including liaising with local governmental authorities and stockholders.
• Represented Posco and Sinohydro, respectively, in their negotiations of EPC contracts with the Venezuelan Republic in the construction of power plants.
• Created and executed an exit strategy of Venezuela for Maersk focused on mitigating the risks resulting from the early termination of project agreements executed with the Venezuelan Republic.
• Advised Hyland in its bid proposal to provide their software services to the Mexican government.
• Drafted and negotiated commercial contracts on behalf of Fox Channels, Samsung, and Phillips, such as sale contracts, license agreements, general terms of services, framework agreements, and collaborative arrangements.
