Project: REPLACEING CGTC at EAST/ WEST PIPELINE PUMPSTATIONS in

• Design, implement, maintain and improve electrical instrument, equipment, facilities for commercial, industrial and domestic purposes.
• Direct and coordinate manufacturing, construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes and customer requirements.
• Perform detailed calculations to compute and establish manufacturing, construction, and installation standards and specifications.
• Inspect completed installations and observe operations, to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards.
• Oversee project production efforts to ensure projects are completed satisfactorily, on time and within budget.
• Prepare and study technical drawings, specification of electrical systems to ensure that installation and operation conform to standards and customer requirements.
• Supervise and train project team members as necessary.
• Prepare specifications for purchase of materials and equipment.
• Investigate customer or public complaints, determine nature and extent of problem, and recommend remedial measures.
• Investigate and test vendors and competitors product.
• Direct coordinate with engineer, customer and others to discuss the existing or potential engineering projects.
• Taking the permits for the required job (Cold, Hot, Confined space entry and Release).

Periodically checking oil level, dielectric test of oil regularly
Annual maintenance of core and winding of transformers (Meggering, Insulation Testing etc.)

Maintenance of various types of Circuit Breakers (rating 125KV 1600A, 12.5KV 1250A/400A) of Siemens, BHEL, ARIVA, ALSTOM, CROMPTON GREEVES etc…
Maintainance of closing and tripping mechanism of Breakers.

Maintainance of CTs and PTs, it involves
Checking of ct, pt ratio setting
Insulation testing of bushing insulators and dust removal insulator discs.

Maintainance of Various types of Relays checking of trip circuits (Differential Protection relay, distance Protection relay, auxiliary relay, supervision relay, over current relay, Earth fault relay etc.)

Maintainance of 110V DC Battery Charger and A Battery Bank of 55 cells of 200Ah
Daily checking of voltage and specific gravity of each cell after turning off the Charger for 1 hr., whether it is in the specified limit.
