The working in performance and monitoring dept. gained me many technical & business skills, the gained technical skills involved working in J2EE and Oracle developer and with related technologies and modern BI tools like MicroStrategy, and business skills involve the most practical KPIs design and calculations with experience in analysis and measuring the performance. with the duty that covers of following points:
• Develop and design Oracle Warehouse Database of both Fixed and Circuit lines.
• Develop and design the automated process for importing data from multi resources.
• Automate data replication and extraction from multi different databases.
• Developing dashboards of Performance Monitoring
• Automate generating KPIs of (main, districts, analysis, technology, aspect, etc.) using Oracle database.
• KPIs drill through capability such aspects, as yearly, monthly, weekly, district, and technology.
• Design a comprehensive web Dashboard using MS-SSRS BI.
• Develop automated Datasets for the MicroStrategy BI team.
• Generate Ad-hoc reports and analyses upon the top management requests.
• Monitor and Tune the performance of Database procedures, views, and Reports to keep them light and fast, and minimize their load on the database engine.

Worked as a lead software developer for software (using ASP.NET/C#, Delphi, MSSQL Server) to be used inside the organization with the following responsibilities:
• Modify existing software and identify issues, adapt it to new hardware, and improve performance
• Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine the feasibility of design within time and cost constraints
• Develop software system testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation
• Direct responsibility to modify, repair and update existing applications
• Correct errors by making appropriate changes and ensure that the desired results are produced
• Monitored project activities and tasks and ensured it is aligned as planned.
• The ensured project was delivered as per the scope of work from the technical aspect

By attending to the requirement gathering of enterprise content management (ECM) for all Organization departments of BTAT and collaborating with related teams, I assisted to build the business roles, structure, and workflows that meet organization business processes to facilitate and digitize the working processes. I gained strong skills in system Analysis and digitizing processes and building practical and useful business workflows, additionally, I worked as a software developer to develop and maintain software systems using Microsoft visual studio (ASP.Net/C# ) and Java EE with MS-SQL server and Oracle databases for systems like Payroll, Finance, and related systems

Worked on developing software by using middleware Tech (COM) component Object Module, for communicating applications with each other using Delphi Programming Language and Appling on AutoCAD.
This software is used as an assistant for designing kitchens with AutoCAD.
Responsibilities:
1. Perform analyzing data requirements for applications
2. Developing Application Modules,
3. Make testing for the application.
4. Supporting users and getting feedback for making an update and fixing Bugs.

Design programs and develop them (in Delphi and SQL Server) as follows:
• Payrolls System.
• Managing Stores.
• Timetables.
• Archives for Documents.
