Start up with focus in develophing new events for foodtrucks. It has an real estate approach in the sense of seeking new spaces for events. The foodtruck industrie is a very incipient market in Argentina yet.
I've worked on the general strategy and it's implementation. Brainstorming ideas about how to coordinate the different sectors of the organisation. Marketing, Logistics, Finance, etc.
Also, met with clients interested in the product.
I worked in improving the capacity of the start up in reaching a better feedback with the consumer. Worked with social media and digital instruments to know better our client.
