My Responsibilities includes to run the network operation smoothly. Monitor the bandwidth utilization of network by the tools PRTG and Solarwinds.
• Configure the access switches and Router (Vlan, VTP, Ether channel, storm control, Trunk, OSPF, EIGRP,RIP,GRE Tunnel,).
• Provide the internet access to users from Fortigate firewall by mean of addresses, group’s addresses and policy.
• Limit bandwidth for the users by Traffic Shaper.
• Configure the policy route for specific users.
• Accelerate the complaint to internet service provider in case of any outage. I also manage a team of engineers to facilitate all users of organization to work in the stable, Technology infrastructure environment.
• Include implementation. Maintain all the accessories of the department to run the operations 24/7.
• Complete Configuration, Installation and Support of Equipment in a Microsoft Windows environment to the specifications of Client Proposals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Computer (Software & Hardware), Printers and Telephony related issues when contacted by clients by providing both on-site and Remote Support
• Maintaining Software Applications, Operating Systems and regular maintenance.
• Managing Assigned Projects and Program components to deliver services in accordance with established objectives.
• Technical services and support at the network level: LAN connectivity.
• Managing software, hardware inventory, System documentation to include system reviews and recommendations.
• Responding to inquiries from Staff, Administrators, Service Providers, Site Personnel and Outside Vendors and etc. to Provide Technical Assistance and Support

• Assign tasks to respective team members by mean of ticketing system to make sure it should be complete in the assign SLA limit (97%-98%).
• Keep update and maintain the knowledge base in order to help out team members to sort out the issue on time.
• Guide the team members and Resident Engineer Team according to the issues.
• I also supervise the various task assign by the IT Governance team.
• Keep record of attendance and monthly roster update to ensure the availability of the Team members.
• Coordinate with vendor for warranty claims.

• Management of operations running on current infrastructure.
• Providing services to internal customers and maintaining operations 24x7.
• Document Control, project reporting, IT and network inventory management.
• Communicate with vendor by call and Email, in case of any hardware issue arrives in the Desktop and laptop of users, Printer, scanner, UPS, Switches and Routers.
• Track user calls and resolve on IT helpdesk within SLA.
• Resolving the network issue of user.
• Installing confidential software of company and resolve all its problems.
• Configure Junos Pulse for VPN.
• Basis Configuration of SAP.
• Configure the lotus note for connecting the data base.
• Outlook Exchange and outlook vault enterprise configuration.
• HRMS installation and configuration.
• Installing and configure the scanner and printer and resolve their problems.
• Arrange and setup for Videocon for connecting head office Lahore to regional office Karachi.

Configuration of Linksys, Huwaei, Tplink, Zte, Zyxel, Tenda.
• Providing and testing settings EVDO Wireless devices on different optional modes based on the signal level.
• Providing support for IPTV settings in router and issues related to STB (Set Top Box).
• Port Forwarding & modem configuration.

My Responsibilities includes troubleshooting and rectifying the issue in Alcatel PABX without shutdown the equipment and I have do preventive maintenance of equipment check the voltages of backup battery bank I done all these practices with assigned engineer.

• I also learn to interface the two analog phones through telnet.
