Working as Lead Instrumentation Engineer for maintenance of Hydrogen Peroxide (H2O2) Plant having
Total capacity of 80 TPD of production
• Project execution engineer for H2O2 Expansion project Responsible for Follow-up with
basic engineering consultant and procurement team for various activities till final commissioning.
• Ensure continuous plant running without any trouble and instrumentation breakdown by routine
instruments and analyzers calibration and test.
• Carry out annual shutdown planning, spare management, procure necessary resources and spare part.
Participate in special studies like HAZOP, SIL.
• Guide subordinates for installation, calibration and commissioning of new instruments.
• Maintenance activities of various type Control & ON-OFF valves(Butterfly, Globe, Ball, Needle),
transmitters (pressure, level, flow of make E+H, Yokogawa, Emerson, Vega), Analyzers (O2 , pH,
Conductivity , Hydrocarbon, Chlorine of make Servomax, GE, Yokagawa), DCS System(Honeywell make
EPKS), Auto Carboy Filling machine (Make-Fiege,Gmbh)
• Ensure plant continuous running with optimum spares and regular maintenance as well initiate for
up gradation and improvements that are needed for better the performance of equipment and systems.

Site execution Engineer:
Project – 2x800MW Super Critical Thermal Power plant
Scope – EPC of Steam Turbine & Generator with its auxiliaries.
• Responsible for timely execution control system, field instruments, VMS, and other various C&I packages.
• Coordination with customer and PMG/Engineering team to resolve site erection related issues. Liaise
between C&I erection contractor and customer for timely erection.
• Hitachi make TCS, TPS and TG –DCS and other BOP packages

Project Execution Engineer for I&C packages:
Project – 3x660 MW Super Critical Thermal Power plant Expansion, India.
Scope- EPC of Boiler, Turbine & Generator island (BTG) package
• Liaise between contractor and engineering department; resolve site queries, cross functional interface issues,
ensure implementation of changes, site change management.
• Conduct project review meetings with contractor, planning for manpower requirement, update material
availability status, mobilization plan of tools & tackles.
• Supervision of various erection activities like DCS, cabling, cable termination
as per approved drawings and documents.
• Prepare C&I drawings and Documents Index, supply, monitoring and controlling timely C&I system
engineering, procurement, manufacturing & dispatch.
• Technical bid-evaluation, scope finalization, optimize field instrumentation, vendor expedition.
• Review & comment various C&I engineering drawings and documents like Plant KKS tagging philosophy, DCD for
C&I, Instruments index, P&I diagram, Wiring diagram, Cable schedule, JB schedule, Instruments hook-up
diagram, Instruments datasheet, Process flow diagram, OLCS, CLCS, System description, Operation & control
philosophy, DCS I/O list, Quality documents, FAT, SAT, Drive control philosophy, Cabling philosophy.
• Involved in power plant commissioning and start-up activities like trial test of MOVs and CV, Loop
checking, OLCS & CLCS logic check & update, set points & graphics change.

Value Engineering workshop I & II

Training Duration : 6 Months
Topic : Level & Pressure control in closed vessel using S7-300 PLC and WinCC SCADA HMI.
Develop program in SIMATIC STEP 7 for Level and pressure control loop. List out BOM, Configure PLC and hardware, cabling and testing. Design HMI using WinCC software for remote operation.

Training Duration : 3 Months
Project Topic : Modbus Communication with LabVIEW software.
Study of Modbus communication and established communication with third party hardware using LabVIEW software.
