• Responsible for job scheduling, tracking job expenses and managing projects from $350,000-$3million.
• Worked with Data Network Companies, Fire Alarm and HVAC Companies of the implementation and completion of all work needed to complete the project on time and on budget.
• Estimate costs, prepare job costs, define project budget, identify and coordinate with the General Contractors to ensure timely and on budget work completion.
• Project Manager in charge of contracts including: Gulfstream Aerospace, Webster University, MSD Water, Ameren Missouri, GSA (Government Service Authority) Army and Federal Buildings, Water treatment plants and Waste water treatment plants in both Missouri and Illinois. Also remodels of Aldi's in Missouri.
• Managed staffing for all projects.

• Responsible for job scheduling, expense tracking, payroll and everyday operations of the business.
• Estimate costs, prepare job estimates, define project budget, identify and coordinate with General Contractors to ensure timely and on budget work completion. General Contractors to ensure timely and on budget work completion.
• Responsible for all electrical requirements of new commercial/industrial construction, including setting transformers, install up to 600V panels, install and repair switchgear and ground utilities.

• Identify and install smart home technologies
• Installed 144-panel residential solar system with battery back-up.
