• Develop plans with strategic recommendations and manage their execution.
• Preparation and Control of budget and plans.
• Managerial reporting
• Leading groups of junior specialists in implementing business projects.
• Motivate the firm´s people to apply their talents and knowledge
• Develop the junior team capabilities.
• Be a mentor to junior team
• Reporting and attending auditors

• Help to company’s leaders to solve their process most critical problems and opportunities. Creating enduring changes and results.
• Work hands-on with people to translate operational issues into workable solutions
• Develop of self-directed Teams.
• Train and support all levels in continuous improvement.
• Implement technologies such Total Quality Management (TQM), Lean Management and Six Sigma
• Reporting and attending auditors

• Improve productivity and quality in the production process
