• Created and presented monthly reports, qualitative and quantitative analyses providing top management team with the right information they need for rational and quick decision making related to: sales evolution and forecasting, marketing investments, competition and market trends
• Provided assistance for update and re-write operational procedures in areas of: logistics, stock inventory and cash management improving operations efficiency and effectiveness

In this role I directed and managed all the organization’s operations in accordance with the company's brand, products and service standards.
• Successfully managed all aspects of Supply Chain from planning process through the final distribution (National distribution for more than 500 clients) with overall responsibility of procurement, logistics, inventory management, operations and production control; the company’s general offer has a complex range from 2000 – 5000 diverse electrical (low voltage) and telecom components
• Implemented and periodically improved and revised vital internal procedures related to customer services methodologies, inventory control and organized people training programs with the aim of reducing inefficiencies
• Created and implemented a special contract system in sales & marketing activity which has offered to the company the opportunity to increase its market presence – achieved the aim of having business partners in every county
• Increased revenue by 16 % over 12 months by recruiting, assembling and supervising premier sales management team
• Collaborated with various working groups within the company and coordinated a wide range of projects: re-locations, recruitment, marketing campaigns, implementation of IT applications and quality management programs
• Identified and implemented specific restructuring plans (during the period 2009-2011) resulting in expenses reduction which has contributed in maintaining the company’s profitability
