In this position I performed as the coordinator of a Project Management Office, managing a portfolio related to growth, efficiency and process improvement.
- To identify improvement opportunities based on diagnostic analysis using mainly process mapping, financial analysis, benchmarks and data base analysis
- Starting projects: transform ideas into business cases and projects (coming from different areas within the firm), lead team creation to implement projects, design action plans and goals, stablish budgets, scope, KPI’s and deadlines
- Managing projects: Ensure the action plan compliance and mainly the capture of the expected benefits (KPI’s and milestones tracking), problem solving and support to the project teams, risk management.
- Lead, design and implement the communication plan for the projects (aligned with the strategic plan)
- Support for the Change management program (strategic plan focus)
- Design and create reports and presentations to communicate project status to every organizational level
- Design and implement a governance process for the tracking and control of projects considering diverse and aligned control mechanisms

In this position I leaded the construction and maintenance of the cost model for the company. On the other hand, I put my efforts in the automation of the daily and monthly tasks of the department with aims in increasing the time available for analysis and further planning. Thus, then to deliver a higher level of service (support) to the rest of the organization.
