• Manage projects for expanding the retail & LPG network of the company including fuel refill points and LPG skid locations.
• Direct &control the entire project lifecycle from land acquisition, signing of agreements, obtaining statutory approvals, development of drawings & layouts, detailed engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning & handover.
• Control all aspects of the projects including schedules, budgets, resources and quality to achieve all predefined milestones and overall project objectives.
• Implement projects for automating retail outlets , LPG & LNG stations as well as redesigning & rebranding of outlets with required signage materials.

• Managed a project in the Retail Division, Southern Region for constructing & commissioning full automated, international class modern retail outlets and LPG Facilities in South India with facilities like solar lighting & vapor recovery system.
• Participated in finalizing business development tie-ups with third parties like McDonald’s & Café Coffee Day at company outlets.
• Worked in the pipelines, Retail, LPG & Lubricants divisions of the company in various capacities and participated in execution of diverse projects across India.
