• Responsible of sales of Amaszonas Group, that includes the operations in Bolivia, Paraguay and Uruguay.
• Design and implementation of commercial strategies.
• Analysis and planning of new potential routes.
• Lead the Revenue Management team, responsible for maximize the revenue per each flight.

• Responsible of lead the company with operations to border countries.
• Design and implementation of commercial strategies and marketing for the routes of the holding in Bolivia.
• Analysis and planning of new potential routes in Bolivia.
• Planning and budgetary control of the areas that operate in Bolivia.
• Responsible of the PR of the company in Bolivia.

• Responsible of coordinating and directing the equipment of flight analysts to maximize the revenue of the routes in Domestic Market and some international routes, managing variable as levels of overbooking and tariff mix according to seasonal variation.
• Coordination with the Commercial Management of short term strategies for the airline marketing products.

• Coordination with all the departments of the holding to prepare the annual budget to be presented to the Board.
• Elaboration of financial projections of Passenger Business of the company, as well as the management control of some routes.
