• Design and development of Humidification Dehumidification solar Desalination
• Design of solar heating system
• Heat load calculations, Pressure drop calculations, pump sizing
• Preparation of PFD, P&ID, Manufacturing drawings

• To get basic understanding of client/user requirements.
• Proposal of concept report, System Design, basic scheme with saving and payback calculation.
• Heat, Mass & energy balancing, Equipment design and selection of bought out items,
• Preparation of competitive proposal, Cost estimation for the different equipments, complete project.
• Developing / updating of design and costing sheets, Process Flow Diagram and P&ID preparation.
• Preparation & checking of G.A. drawings, Layouts.
• Attending Technical meetings with client/consultants and vendors.
• Thermal design of Shell & tube heat exchanger, HP /LP heater, Air cooled heat exchanger, Radiators, Economizers, Reboiler, Heat recovery units, APH, Pipe in Pipe Heat Exchanger in HTRI Software.
• Review of Purchase order.
• System design review and improvement if required.
• Thermal equipment design (HTRI), Mechanical design and metallurgy selection.
• Selection & Sizing of the system Auxiliaries such as feed pump, fuel handling System, Ash handling System, fans, dampers, chimney, burners, dust cleaning system.
• Pressure drop, Velocity calculation, pumps head calculation.
• Headers, Piping & ducting Sizing Calculations.
• Preparation of equipment and bought out items data sheets for system.
• Valve & Instrument selection.
• Dealt with Procurement related activities such as release of enquiry specifications, Offer Evaluation, Technical Recommendations and Vendor drawings review.
• Coordinating with marketing, projects, procurement, manufacturing, vendors & customers for design relates.
• Review and inputs for the development of plant layout, foundation layout, equipment GA, system layout, ducting & piping layout etc.
• Preparation of inputs for Detail Engineering, Preparation & checking of P & ID, G.A. Drawing, Layout.
• Preparation and review of various documents like document index/ document transmitter, scope of supply, valve schedule, line Schedule, Insulation Schedule

• Condition monitoring and preventive maintenance of rotating equipments
• Periodic maintenance of calciner , scrubbers, Oxidizers, cyclone seperators
• Mechanical maintenance of pumps, valves, heat exchangers, cooling towers
• Erection and estimation of fabricated structurals and paintings
• Submit periodic monitoring reports to Senior engineer

• Organizing routine maintenance work
• Conducting hydro testing, ultrasonic testing of chlorine cylinders
• Shutdown maintenance of production plant
• Mechanical maintenance of pumps, valves, heat exchangers, cooling towers
• Erection and estimation of fabricated structurals and paintings
• Submit periodic monitoring reports to Senior engineer
