- Coordinate all activities related to development of samples, ensuring availability of supplies, trims and raw materials for manufacturing process; likewise guarantee fulfillment of delivery times to our internal and external customers, ensuring quality of
sewing and washing samples.
- Ensure delivery compliance and sample quality through the efficient use of machinery, materials and equipment in accordance with production planning criteria.
- Create conditions and ensure compliance with our internal procedures, policies and basic principles of resource management.
- Provide efficient solutions to a number of internal problems in order to optimize the use of resources and ensure the functioning of the department.
- Establish the development strategy of the new products, with the responsibility of defining the necessary means in terms of machinery, operability and crafts; likewise ensure the reproducibility of the washing and construction of the new styles.
- Control and implementation of the System 5's in the area, as well as evaluation of the hygiene and safety risks, elaboration of action plans and strategies to mitigate the risks.
- Evaluate creation of new standards for production and shadebands, as well. Also evaluate constructions details of the samples from development sewing room.

- Technical and mechanical advice to customers regarding the maintenance and general repairs on their vehicles.
- Monitoring progress of repairs in the workshop and follow up the vehicle from admission till delivery.
- Budget for vehicles repairs and negotiation with customers.

- Development of flowcharts from different processes defined by the committee at the Bank
- Maintenance and database control for KPI´s.
- General design process mapping for project identification and inventory process at Bank.
- Manage & offer banking services ( Accounts, TDS, Loans, etc)
- Support for management development statistics and committee presentation process.
