Implement business development and marketing programs. Develop marketing strategies and local business development programs for the offices. Key Tasks: manage local conferences, sponsorships, seminars, speaking engagements and events, work with attorneys to identify and develop topics of interest for local and global markets, assist with the coordination and management of cross-selling programs, support attorneys in preparation of client presentation materials, RFPs and new business proposals, conduct and manage research of prospective targets, industries, markets, competition and conflicts via firm-wide resources, online databases, and librarian searches, prepare background information on prospects, disseminate information internally, assisting in the continued and regular provision of internal communications to the Italian offices’ attorneys (producing a regular internal BD Bulletin), manage public relations, article placement, attorney publications and deal note generation in collaboration with the Global PR team, identify publications, organizations and events where attorneys can be featured, develop media outreach programs designed to build the firm's name recognition in key practice areas and across the region cooperating with the Italian offices’ PR agency, draft and coordinate legal and industry directory submissions, media surveys and award entries, mentor and supervise the local business development team.

Management and co-ordination of international business and tenders for the Large and International Corporates Division and the Key Fleets Division. Responsibilities ranged from the preparation of all the documents necessary for answering to requests for proposals (both in English and in Italian), the management of the tender from beginning to end, to the co-ordination of the elaboration of economic offers. Moreover I was responsible for the creation of action/benchmarking/consulting plans for Key Accounts and for managing the relationship with the other countries, where Arval is present. I was also supporting account managers when selling international products and would often visit customers with them to explain how Arval’s international structure worked

I am currently working in a busy, demanding and team-oriented environment and I am used to working under pressure establishing and managing deadlines. I am fluent in English with relevant experience in business development and I regularly entertain both written correspondence and telephone conversations with people from all over the world. I graduated in Foreign Languages and Literatures and this helped me master four foreign languages, English being my favourite. Moreover, my studies included communication related subjects. During the last years working for multinational companies, I have always fulfilled my tasks and have always managed to organise the workload effectively. In addition to this, I am eager to learn new things and systems and I am a very good team player.
