- Responsible for the Central Coordination Management between CSCEC, Client NHA, In-house and Super Consultants SMEC International.
- Make the meetings with Project Director NHA, General Manager NHA, Chief Resident Engineer, RE's for solve the site problems and visits.
- Increase the Workmanship and Quality Measures from Sub-Contractors.
- Join the Inspection Visits from Client, Consultant Teams, Third Party Experts and Quality Control Teams.
- Make the Visits for Material Source Manufacturer Factories National and foreign platforms.
- Responsible for Group Management for the Allied Sections (01,02,03,04 & 07) of Motorway.
- Join the Conferences at CSCEC Head Quarter.
- Join the Workshops with Super Consultant and Client at Head Quarter for Codes Implementations.
- Join the Quarterly Training Sessions about Chinese Construction Management (CCEM) at CSCEC HQ, Islamabad.
- Give Training Sessions to Constructional and Management Teams about Code of Performance Achievements (CPA) for overall Construction and Safety Targets.
- Make the meetings with Client NHA and Super Consultants for Updated Targets, Deadlines, Milestones Achievement and Re-Scheduling to Pending Matters.
- Understanding and Implementations of Chinese Constructional Methodologies.
- Checking and Verification of Cash Flows, Input Labor Charts, IPC's, Tools and Equipment Consumption etc.
- Join the Monthly Meeting with Senior Management of CSCEC.
- Resolve the site issues (Constructions, Safety, Security, Administration).
- Check and Balance on Importing Materials and take the approvals for Importing Items for the Project.
- Join the Material Testing Visits with Consultants and Client.

Reviews all preliminary reports including advance planning studies for the Project.
• Investigates statements/site data in Factory Units reports which appear uneconomical or inconsistent with company policies.
• Review Maintenance Books and discusses with Factory Head Operations for Augmentation/Addition and rehabilitation Projects. Determine requirements on existing Plant/Buildings to be modified.
• Reviews locations of existing utilities for possible conflict and relocation. Establishes need to carry utilities or provide for future utilities.
• Reviews prior commitments to other departments and coordinate commitments and DOS policies with Departmental proposals. Hygiene and HSE issues are particularly important.
• Determines Architectural features in cooperation with Design Engineer and Structures Aesthetics Section.
• Determines basic Structural Geometry and assists Designers in Structural type selection.
• Prepares and submits Type Selection memo. Schedules Type Selection meeting.
• Coordinates structural details and design features within the project. Conducts meetings with designers and cad draftsman as required. Standardizes details to permit reproduction rather than redrawing and seeks other methods of reducing plan cost.
• Works closely with other units (Unit 1-4) (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Ducting, Fabrication and commissioning etc.) so that decisions in these areas are timely and consistent throughout the project.
• Reviews completed General Plan’s estimates and final estimates of Factory Units.
• Reviews roads, infrastructure plans and dummy specifications.
• Reviews monthly man-hour summaries.
• Planning, Design and Construction of Pharmaceutical Division Plant Heavy Foundations and Floors, Plant Building, Frame Structure of Process Tower.
• Planning Design and Construction of the Head Office/Corporate Offices/Branch Offices at different locations.

Engage in site layout, cost estimating, construction planning and scheduling, material procurement, quality control, and job site safety.
• Perform quantity tracking (including calculations) and cost coding for purposes of productivity analysis and accurate job cost forecasting.
• Prepare daily reports as related to crews, progress and issues.
• Provide document control for correspondence, submittals, RFI’s, etc.
• Assist in the preparation of final records for the project, including as-built shop drawings.
• Coordinate and monitor the work of subcontractors.
• Assist in carrying out a variety of basic field duties at the job site related to general construction.

Planning and Cad Works for the two room houses, toilets, Water Pumps, earthen roads and earthen banks of the river.
• Estimation and Tendering Process for each activity and finalization the Contract with different parties.
• Providing the Project Schedule for the Construction of 446 Houses, 222 Toilets, 120 Water Pumps, 14 KM earthen roads and 16KM river banks.
• Material and Constructional inspections time to time.
• Complete the constructional activities in targeted time and submit the inspection reports on weekly basis to the Head Office. Verification of the Bills, audit issuance NOC’s and places the Payment Orders.

• Estimation of each activity.
• Schedules of Transformer with exchanging break down structures.

• Coordinate with Burqab Pvt. Consultants to provide length of feeder lines.
