Provide Assistance to the Regional Office Heads / Registrars / Other Departments of the State Government on integration of systems with the project of ., in the areas Of :
• Provide consulting support for designing and implementation of infrastructure for enabled Applications and Services.
• Managing all activities related to AEPS and coordinating with Banks Head Offices and National Payment Corporation of India (NPCI) for on boarding to AEPS and various issues related to AEPS.
• Team member of core group appointed for studying and preparing DPR of enabled Public Distribution System .
• Consultancy for implementation of enabled Public Distribution System.
• State Residents Data Hub implementation and testing of application and setup of Infrastructure with (UID) Biometirc and demographic Authentication.
• Provide consulting support in design and development of applications
• Selection and management of the Project Consultants and System integrator for integrating the system with enabled Applications and services.
• Ensure standardization of the data elements, collation and correlation of the databases,
• Engage software agencies that will carry out the software changes, migration of the databases into the modified database structures etc
• Facilitate conceptualization and define areas of usage jointly with target Ministries/State Governments and to identify application solutions and necessary linkages.
• Support implementation of applications.
• Understand the process and technology as existing in the Organization (/Centre & State).
• Identify areas for integration.
• Reengineer the process and define functional / technology requirements for enablement.
• Provide handholding support to the various organizations in implementation of enabled Applications and Services.
• Review the project proposal received w.r.t the Central/state Scheme

Ownership for IT needs of the Regional office of the :
• Technology manger for implementing in
• Studies IT needs of the Regional Office and ensure key deliverables in IT are met.
• (UID) Enabled Payment System (AEPS) and Service delivery System study, designing, planning and implementation.
• Manage IT professionals and stakeholders of the project .
• Ensuring operations and availability of the IT Infrastructure.
• Ensuring and implementing VPN for all users.
• Interact on all IT related matters with appointed Registrars for enrolling residents including enrolling agents appointed by Registrars so as to resolve IT issues.
• (UID) Enabled Payment System (AEPS) and Service delivery System study, designing, planning and implementation.
• Implementation and Support Enabled Payment System and Service Delivery.
• Support for Banks and Government departments.
• Supervise, plan and coordinate all activity and needs of regional office.
• Coordinate with all stakeholders for various issues.
• Vendor management activities and manage licenses/renewals/upgrades and SLA compliance as required for all of the above.
• Liaison with government and government agencies.
• Various developed software and portal testing quality check.
• Training to stakeholders.
• Implementation of the IT security in the regional Office.
