Lead generation project for the client company . is a software and design company that helps its customers to succeed in software production. Major tasks:

After identifying the market potential within the beauty box industry, I've decided to take on this opportunity and set up an online store, therefore operating through e-commerce. The major motivation behind the idea of entrepreneurship wasn't necessarily the product itself (it was only a potentially successful business opportunity), but rather the process of going from ideation to running a business on a daily basis from multiple angles. - Overall management and decision-making, setting up the right vector and managing business development together with the team;

- Supporting IT colleagues with the website development, including interface, design, navigation, etc.;
- HR when there's a need to hire new employees starting from the job posting to a final candidate selection;
- Stakeholder management, mainly suppliers. I was part of supplier selection, communication and contract negotiation.

As a result, I've gained extensive expertise in multiple areas mentioned above with deep understanding of business operations. Having learnt from my own ups and downs, team's success and mistakes, I was ready to move forward and carry that knowledge in anything I put my hands on.
