Great Promotions is a small business with a big heart. It provides promotional products to clients and partners across Canada.
I was accountable for the research, design, communication, and implementation of office administrative procedures aligned with business objectives and organizational culture. Responsible for recommending solutions, guide employees, and educate them in the processes that surround day-to-day functions. Accountable for the workflow of all projects in relevant systems, including notes, quotes, and invoices.
Main Duties:
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures
- Ensure of Health & Safety practices are reflective of current legislative standards and requirements, as well as organizational policies and safety philosophy
- Monitor, continuously research and stay abreast of new and revised legislation, industry trends and best practices to make recommendations on keeping policies up to date and current
- Assist in the planning of on-site projects with regards to health and safety
- Maintain a constant workflow of all files, entering notes, quotes, invoices in appropriate systems
- Respond to inquiries regarding price, delivery, or technical support promptly
- Respond to questions regarding the status of customer orders
- Resolve delays, service problems and disputes
- Enter, release and track customer orders using in-house ERP solution
- Verify customer account numbers, pricing, terms, delivery requirements, etc.
- Trackback orders and ensure production, purchasing and distribution are reacting accordingly and liaise with other departments to ensure proper service from all directions
