• Prepare and report monthly logistics parameters (KPIs) for inventory level, stock accuracy, customer and supplier delivery performance, transport cost, premium freight.
• Organize and lead annual physical inventory and daily cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancy.
