Key Responsibilities at include:
• Pre-Sales: Drive the pre-sales efforts for the BU working in tandem with the sales team
• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Lead responses to RFI / RFPs and presentations to new prospects
• Strategy Development: Develop strategy for off shoring the processes for existing and new clients
• Solution Architect: Developing Innovative Solutions for new clients & new processes of existing clients
• Project planning and execution: Prepare overall transition plan, track progress of execution, manage transition related issues, milestone reviews, manage process ramp up and stabilization
• Client Management: Engaging with client to ensure that updates are provided & problems solved with 100% client satisfaction
• Research & Analysis: Undertake research into new offerings and solutions and enable dissemination of knowledge with the team

Vertical: Banking & Finance (BFS)

Key Responsibilities at TCS include:
• Financial Solutions: Worked in Financial Solutions with one of the leading banks in US as the client
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Support: Offshore lead and managed project releases at offshore
• Program Development: Worked extensively in C++, mainframes, JCLs and DB2 to develop the programs
• Designing & Reporting: Preparation of design documents (Functional Requirement specifications and software specifications and deploying reports in web client)
• Testing: Writing and Reviewing QA test scripts; Defect logging and Causal analysis in IPMS (Internal Project Management System)
