As a commercial director, I have been responsible for sales, customer relations and S&OP, marketing and customer experience as well as for product and service offering in all channels. I have re-structured 's commercial operations into customer and consumer focused organization. With the great, well functioning team, has turned into one of the best rated companies in customer satisfaction studies.
I have had a crucial role in the process of changing 's market definition from the category based market definition into value based definition (Well Being from Vegetables).
In addition, I have had an important role in building 's renewed growth strategy. Expansion into new categories started with (ready to cook chopped vegetables) which was the biggest launch in 's history and which will be a big part of 's future success. Next new categories will be launched during 2017.

In addition, my function was to lead a successful and profitable development and co-operation between the sales and production. I represented the retail business in the customer relations and marketing leadership team with the function to plan and execute the corporation’s strategies for product portfolios, marketing customer relations as well as for the product launches.
The size of the sales organization was 19 persons, number of direct subordinates 6.
