Working as a Key Personnel for all the Logistics and Material Planning tasks.
Taking care of all procurement activities for the aircraft spare parts and aviation goods.
Routine practice of warehouse management & Inventory Control for the storage and replenishment of Cabin Interior & Exterior cleaning & Sanitizing products
Coordinating with the airways to replenish the consumable consignment which has been stored) since 2009.
Experience in all logistics activities and keep updated with the Customs rules and regulations to clear the shipments without delays.
Handling AOG shipments as per the AOG requirements from the end users.

Working with Military and Airforce to support them on aircraft component repair activities and get it repair through our partner’s authorized repair shop.
Receiving and inspecting the repair parts with the serial number and the supporting docs with different military customers.
Coordinating with the repair facility for the evaluation quote based on the condition of the parts.

Responsible for the procurement of materials, equipments & services for the successful completion of all projects and also for the daily operation of the business.
Responsible for all logistics and transportation in compliance with corporate, local and international procedures and regulations.
Re-view of client / supplier contracts with regards to the terms and conditions relating to procurement & logistics.
Re-viewing & implementing Letter of Credit terms & conditions.
Co-ordination with freight forwarders / shipping lines / transportation companies with regards to all matters on logistics.
Co-ordination with Sales & Projects team with regards to all matters on procurement & logistics.
Managing & training the procurement team.
Responsible for liaising with Chamber of Commerce and various Embassies for obtaining Certificate of Origins and Legalizing Shipping Documents.
Responsible for liaising with local Customs Department, & Environment & Safety Departments.
Responsible for warehouse and inventory management.
Responsible for allocating the part identification numbers through Microsoft Dynamics GP for the inventory purposes.
Preparing the part identification numbers as per the nature of the materials for electrical, electronic, mechanical, hazardous & non hazardous classes.
Coordinating with the warehouse manager to distribute the materials for the concerned projects.
Responsible for procure the raw materials as per the requirements for the fabrication of fire safety equipments (as a part of Supply Chain Management).
